The company’s vision is to empower everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions, enabled by technology.About the Role: We are looking for an Area Sales Executive who will be capable of increasing sales within an assigned geographical area and guiding a team of field sales representatives.Responsibilities:- Expand the business network through appointment of new dealers and motivating the existing dealers in their area. - Meet Dealers as per call cycle plan. - Collect market information, collecting competitor's data and sending it to management. - Execution of sales strategies. - Making PI, follow-up for invoicing and dispatch activities. - Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners. - Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products. - Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations. - Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners and the engineering team.Qualifications:- A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience of Fitness Equipment or Sports Industry background. - A bachelors’ or masters’ degree in sales/marketing. - Thorough understanding of the industry. - Exceptional communication skills. - Flexible to travel to partner locations. - Solution-oriented outlook. - Ability to build lasting relationships.Required Skills:- Exceptional communication skills. - Solution-oriented outlook. - Ability to build lasting relationships. - Experience in the Fitness Equipment or Sports Industry. - Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
