Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for the Lending Partnership Consumer Financing position at ShopSe Digital Finance.

- As part of the team, you will be responsible for collaborating with lending partners, managing consumer financing strategies, and ensuring a seamless lending process across various channels.

- This position will be sole owner of proactively identifying and onboarding financial institutions such as Banks and NBFCs as lending partners including product pitch, commercial negotiations, policy finalization, building the right journey and third-party integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities & Prior Experience:

- Must have onboarded NBFCs and Banks as lenders for consumer loans.

- Good network in relevant lenders.

- Should have worked closely with PGs.

- Onboarding NBFCs and Banks as lenders for consumer loans for purchase (also called consumer durable loans in some institutions but relevant for categories other than consumer durable also).

- Onboarding PGs and Build pipelines for acquisitions.

- Take ownership of commercial negotiations, policy finalization (and regular modification as per market requirement) and alignment on customer journey.

- Proactively identify and implement any third party integrations which could be relevant for the business.

- Be the ShopSe SPOC for any aspect of lender relationships.

- Devising GTM for a product launch.

- Creating relevant MIS and reports for partners.

- Coordination with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, Tech & Legal teams) and own end to end responsibilities for the partnerships and act as a bridge to deliver all the requirements of the partner.

- Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge.

- Excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

- Strong background in consumer financing, lending partnerships, or financial services.

- Experience in managing lending programs, financial products, and partnership negotiations.

- Proven track record of developing and executing consumer financing strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and strategically with internal and external stakeholders.

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
