Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Alliances Manager located in the Kolkata. The concerned person will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances, conducting business relationship management, and developing business plans. They will also be responsible for creating and managing business alliances.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential partnerships and alliances
  • Building and maintaining complex relationships with potential partners in order to achieve business goals
  • Handling end to end partnership execution including Identifying, meeting, pitching, negotiating commercials, and closing agreements wherever there is a partnership opportunity
  • Establishing and managing alliances with all the stakeholders of the organization
  • Strategically devising the right partnership roadmap for the company
  • Conducting research and analysis to produce deliverables supporting potentials tie-ups
  • Having a tap and driving the revenue numbers from alliance business
  • Working with cross-functional teams to devise strategic plans and overall support business goals


Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in strategic alliances 
  • Experience in business planning and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the drone industry is a plus
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
