National Head - Real Estate Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary National Head - Realty to lead the nationwide rollout of EBG Realty, a new-age real estate vertical under the eBikeGo group. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for building the business from the ground up right from conceptualization to successful execution and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the end-to-end launch of EBG Realty across key markets in India.

- Build and manage partnerships with developers, channel partners, and brokers to drive inventory and lead generation.

- Lead the onboarding of 1000+ residential and commercial properties across multiple geographies.

- Set up operations, SOPs, and tech integrations aligned with scalable business goals.

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales, operations, and support team across regions.

- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy including marketing, pricing, and channel mix.

- Work closely with product and tech teams to develop a user-friendly realty platform.

- Monitor business KPIs, optimize performance, and drive growth through strategic planning.

Requirements:

- Proven leadership experience in real estate platforms, brokerage firms.

- Strong network within the real estate ecosystem - developers, brokers, CP networks.

- Experience in building businesses from scratch, including team formation, operational setup, and scaling.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance execution and vision.

- Strong operational and execution mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
