ADP is hiring Gen Cloud Tester (Sr. Member Technical)We are seeking a skilled Cloud Testing Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based testing frameworks and strategies. The ideal candidate will act as a team member responsible for the success of the HRO’s Omni Channel communications program (Genesys Voice, Chat channels, IVR, Co-Browse, and Salesforce HCM integration).Required Skills- Bachelor’s / Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. - 4-6 years of experience in software testing, including designing and implementing test frameworks for scalable applications. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar) and scripting (Python/Java). - Experience with APIs, Web Services, RESTful integrations, and middleware - Good Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless testing approaches. - Good understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). - Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, Locust). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Cloud platform certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Test Engineer, etc.) are a plus. - Familiarity with AI/ML-driven test automation is a plus. - Good to have Jira/Confluence knowledge.Roles & Responsibilities- Participate in planning meetings and ensure quality at all levels of SDLC - Understanding the architecture and design decisions, defining and implementing new tests, evaluating the end-user experience, and asserting the overall quality of the feature. - Design and execute functional, performance, and security tests in cloud environments. - Set up and maintain scalable, on-demand test environments using AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms. - Develop automated test scripts leveraging AI/ML and modern automation tools. - Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation of builds. - Conduct cross-browser, mobile, and compatibility testing using cloud-based platforms (e.g., Browser Stack, Sauce Labs). - Monitor, analyze, and report test results to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Verify that implemented solutions meet functional, technical, and business requirements while adhering to quality standards. - Maintain and support communication networks while implementing new and innovative technologies. - Provide day-to-day support, proactive maintenance, and troubleshooting for complex IVR system issues. - Perform root-cause analysis for recurring or critical system issues. - Demonstrates strong problem-solving and project ownership, - Ability to work effectively in collaborative, agile project teams and communicate issues clearly to technical and business stakeholders
