RED GLOBAL-GENESYS QA/TESTER-INDIA-REMOTE-ASAP-12MONTHS+RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Genesys QA/Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our Genesys-based contact center solutions.Please find the details below:- Role: Genesys QA/Tester - Start: ASAP - Location: Remote – India - Duration: 12months+ - Capacity: Full time - Language: EnglishJob Summary:The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Genesys platforms, including Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), Genesys Engage (on-prem or cloud), IVR workflows, call routing, and integrations with CRM or third-party systemsKey Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Genesys applications and integrations. - Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing of Genesys contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX, Engage). - Validate IVR call flows, routing logic, chat, email, and other omnichannel communication features. - Work closely with developers, Genesys architects, product managers, and business analysts to ensure full coverage of system behavior. - Support performance testing for call loads and agent concurrency. - Validate reporting (Genesys reporting tools, BI dashboards) for accuracy and completeness. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA process improvements.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, with at least 1 year of Genesys platform testing. - Hands-on experience with testing Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Engage, or PureConnect. - Understanding of contact center concepts such as IVR, call routing, queues, agent desktops, and CTI integrations. - Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and Selenium (optional). - Basic knowledge of API testing, SIP/VoIP protocols, or telephony environments. - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.If you are interested and available, please apply or send an email to tislam@redglobal.com for immediate consideration
