Located in Greater Noida, we are looking for a dynamic and target oriented HEAD ADMISSION FOR OUR VARIOUS PROGRAMS. Job Summary:The Head of Admissions is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the entire admissions process for undergraduate programs such as B.Tech, BCA, and BBA. This role involves developing and executing student recruitment strategies, managing admissions teams, achieving enrollment targets, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards, and enhancing the institution’s brand through strategic outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities:1. Admissions Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute annual admissions plans and strategies to meet enrollment targets for B.Tech, BCA, and BBA programs. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to design effective outreach campaigns. Collaborate with academic departments to align admissions strategies with institutional goals. 2. Recruitment & OutreachPlan and oversee student recruitment drives, school/college visits, education fairs, webinars, and digital marketing initiatives. Build strong relationships with schools, counselors, and educational consultants. Manage partnerships with external agencies and digital platforms to increase reach. 3. Application & Selection ProcessSupervise the end-to-end admissions process including inquiries, applications, shortlisting, interviews, counseling, and final admissions. Ensure smooth and transparent communication with applicants and parents. Monitor and optimize the use of CRM or admission management software. 4. Team Leadership & CoordinationLead, train, and motivate the admissions and counseling team to deliver high performance. Coordinate with marketing, academic, and administrative teams for seamless execution of the admissions cycle. 5. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare regular reports on inquiries, conversions, and enrollment statistics. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Present insights to management for decision-making.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Management, Education, Marketing, or a related field. 5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or student recruitment—preferably in higher education (Engineering, Management, Law or Pharmacy programs). Proven track record of achieving admissions targets and leading high-performing teams. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics.
