Role OverviewThe Admissions & Parent Relations Head is a strategic leadership position, responsible for drivingenrollment growth, fostering parent partnerships, and ensuring exceptional front-office and parentexperiences at the school.This individual will collaborate with cross-department teams to co-create and execute admissions strategy, oversee parent engagement, and enhance the school’s experience, while ensuring all compliance and data integrity standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions Strategy & Execution• Design and implement annual admissions plans aligned with school goals.• Lead the admissions team in conducting parent counseling sessions• Converting leads to successful enrollments.• Maintain accurate admissions databases and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.• Organize parent orientation sessions for new admissions.Parent Relationship Management• Serve as the first point of contact for all parent grievances and queries.• Efficiently categorize, escalate, and resolve issues across academic, co-scholastic, medical, transport,books and uniform, canteen, safety, and logistics domains.• Counsel dissatisfied parents and handle
