About Us: Intellipaat is a global online professional training provider. We are offering some of the most updated, industry-designed certification training programs which include courses in Big Data, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and 150 other top-trending technologies. We help professionals make the right career decisions, choose trainers with over a decade of industry experience, provide extensive hands-on projects, rigorously evaluate learner progress, and offer industry-recognized certifications. We also assist corporate clients to upskill their workforce and keep them in sync with the changing technology and digital landscape. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admissions Head for North India to lead the entire admission process and expand our student base through innovative strategies. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage the entire admissions process for the Degree Programs (UG and PG) ensuring enrollment targets are met. ● Plan and execute offline and online lead generation strategies to attract prospective students. ● Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners (counselors, coaching institutes, education consultants, etc.). ● Strategize, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email marketing, etc.). ● Analyze and optimize the admission funnel to improve conversion rates. ● Oversee the daily operations of the admissions team, providing guidance, training, and performance management. ● Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. ● Maintain accurate admission records, reports, and forecasts for senior management. ● Ensure compliance with university and regulatory guidelines for the admissions process. ● Plan and organize admission events, open houses, workshops, and counseling sessions. ● Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Strong network in schools for Outreach Programs ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). ● Proven experience (10+ years) in admissions, education sales, or education marketing ● roles (preferably in higher education or EdTech). ● Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. ● Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. ● Hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, etc.). ● A strong network in the education channel partner ecosystem is a plus.
