Position Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager Accounts to lead and oversee the financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities of the organization.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to drive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting:.

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Leadership and Team Management:

- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and fostering professional development.

- Allocate tasks effectively and ensure the team meets deadlines with high accuracy.

Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and regulatory submissions.

- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

- Contribute to financial planning and strategy formulation to support organizational growth.

- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

System and Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in accounting operations.

- Implement best practices in financial systems and internal controls.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 10-15 years of experience in finance, including senior roles such as Senior Manager of Finance.

- Proven experience in collaborating with international stakeholders.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in international contexts.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in managing accounts for mid-to-large-scale organizations.

- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.

- Exposure to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
