Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who Real hunger and energy to grow the
business and secure deals with a hunter aptitude.
Responsibilities
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position
in the industry, researching and analysing options to market the company's products
and services.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from target selection and initial pitch to
negotiating and closing the deal.
Helping develop new commercial business models to grow our Digitals Services for
our clients.
Research & Survey -Conduct regular Market Surveys and Competitor Research
Coordinating with other departments, including operations and finance to ensure that
clients receive high quality service.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold
calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further
development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA specialized in Marketing or 5-8 years of back office selling in a B2C
environment, preferably with Agency experience.
Excellent telephone handling skills and a pleasant voice quality
Good command over language (spoken) with clear accent
Good business writing skills
Selling & negotiation skills
Should be expert in selling Digital Marketing Services
Person aligned to Act with Integrity, Own Safety & Security, Build Customer Value,
Take Ownership and Promote Inclusion and Teamwork.
