Associate Director- Enterprise Sales - SaaS

Location: Delhi/Mumbai

Reporting To: Co-Founder

Employment Type: Full-Time

As the Associate Director of Enterprise Sales, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our partner's enterprise SaaS solutions. This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in enterprise sales, SaaS, and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Leadership:

- Lead the enterprise sales strategy to acquire new business accounts.

2. Identify, engage, and convert enterprise-level clients by understanding their business needs and presenting SaaS solutions.

3. Develop sales forecasts and strategies that align with organizational goals and drive sustained revenue growth.

Revenue & Target Achievement:

1. Manage and enhance the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to contract negotiation and closing deals.

2. Utilize CRM tools to accurately track sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting.

3. Lead effective and consistent follow-up with potential clients, ensuring a high level of engagement throughout the sales MBA or equivalent advanced degree, preferably from a Tier-1 Proven Track Record: Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years specifically in the SaaS or software industry.

2. Sales Success: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing complex sales cycles, and closing large deals with enterprise-level clients.

3. Account Management: Prior experience managing key accounts in an enterprise environment, focusing on developing strategic relationships and expanding client partnerships.

Core Competencies:

1. Sales Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of modern sales methodologies and practices, including consultative selling, SPIN selling, and account-based sales.

2. Market Understanding: Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to articulate product value in diverse verticals.

3. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs to develop data-driven sales strategies.

4. Negotiation & Influence: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills, particularly with C-suite and senior stakeholders.

5. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using CRM software (such as Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and drive insights.

6. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and handling multiple priorities.
