Role Overview:
As the Manager of the CEO Office, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and internal/external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient communication within the executive team. Additionally, you will provide strategic support to the CEO, handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized.
Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, providing updates and gathering information as required.
Strategic Planning:
Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Prepare reports, proposals, and recommendations for the CEO's review.
Monitor progress on key projects and provide regular updates to the CEO.
Communication Management:
Manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Draft and edit communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Team Coordination:
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the executive team.
Schedule and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Follow up on action items and ensure accountability for deadlines.
Foster a positive and productive working environment within the CEO Office.
Qualifications:
MBA in Finance or related field.
Proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
6-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
