About the Role :

You will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments.

Responsibilities of the Role:

In reality, this role doesn’t come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As a part of the CEO’s office, you will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the team in key business areas.Plan, execute & scale the strategic initiatives/programs of the CEO’s office.Create & implement processes to streamline operations & drive efficiency.Conduct user/market research & gather information on various strategic hypothesis.

An Ideal candidate should haveBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)First principle thinking, structured & logical in a problem-solving approachExcellent communication & negotiation skillsMulti-tasking ability & go the extra mileexplore opportunities: getpowerplay.in/career/
