Job Title: RPO Sales Manager – US StaffingLocation:Hyderabad (Onsite / Hybrid)Work Hours:US Shift (EST or CST hours)Experience:3–7 years in US Staffing / RPO Sales or Business DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-drivenRPO Sales Managerto lead and expand our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Staffing business across the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. staffing, recruitment delivery models, and proven experience in selling RPO or offshore recruitment solutions to staffing firms or direct clients. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure service excellence.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand RPO and staffing business in the U.S. market. Identify and target potential clients, including staffing firms and direct corporate clients. Build and manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement to contract closure. Present RPO solutions, pricing models, and customized recruitment offerings to clients. Collaborate with recruitment delivery and account management teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Stay up to date with U.S. staffing trends, competitors, and client requirements. Manage and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and business forecasts to leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ yearsof experience inBusiness Development / Saleswithin theUS Staffing or RPO industry . Strong understanding ofRPO models, staffing processes, and U.S. recruitment operations . Proven track record inclosing new client dealsand achieving sales targets. Experience working withUS staffing agencies, MSPs, or corporate hiring teams . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office. Willingness to work duringU.S. time zones .Preferred Qualifications Prior experience sellingoffshore recruiting servicesorrecruitment delivery teams . Existing client network in U.S. staffing industry. Strong understanding ofVMS/MSP environments .
