Position Overview: We’re looking for ahigh-performing Enterprise Growth Managerto drive ourIT Staffing & Staff Augmentation / RPO / Recruitment Solutionsbusiness acrossGCCs (Global Capability Centers), Captives, and IT Enterprises . This is a consultative, target-driven role focused on building long-term talent partnerships and closing high-value staffing deals.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand our IT staffing / RPO / Recruitment Solutions footprint across GCCs, Captives, and Tech Enterprises Leverage existing connects withProcurement, Talent Acquisition Heads, and CXOsto build strong, scalable relationships Identify, pitch, and close large IT staffing and staff augmentation / RPO / Recruitment Solutions deals Drive lead generation through strategic outreach – email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and referrals Respond to RFPs, negotiate SLAs, ensure compliance, and work closely with the delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding Manage and grow key client accounts with a focus on repeat business and account mining Track market trends, competitor moves, and emerging business opportunities Work with the marketing team to build relevant digital and social media content to enhance lead generationDesired Candidate Profile 1+ years of experienceinIT Staffing Sales / Staff Augmentation / IT Contract Staffing / RPO / Recruitment Solutions Strong networkwith Procurement and TA Heads inGCCs, Captives, or Tech Enterprises Proven track record ofclosing large IT staffing dealsand managing long-term client relationships Excellent understanding ofIT staffing models, compliance, SLAs, and delivery coordination Exposure toconsultative sales , solution selling, and strategic account management Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills MBA / Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferredLet’s Connect If you have aconsultative sales mindsetand apassion for building IT talent partnerships , we’d love to hear from you.
