Role Overview: We’re seeking a HORECA Partnerships lead to lead engagement and operations for high-footfall waste generators such ashotels, restaurants, and cafes(HORECAs). You’ll be responsible for onboarding partners, setting up pickup schedules, and ensuring consistent waste recovery from these sources.Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard HORECAs across Goa for waste pickup under DRS. Build and manage a schedule for pickups and ensure execution with fleet partners. Serve as point-of-contact for HORECA partners, resolving any service issues. Train HORECA staff on segregation practices and storage protocols. Coordinate with Fleet Manager for timely pickups and route planning.Requirements: Field sales or vendor onboarding experience; experience in waste/sustainability is a bonus. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. High energy, hands-on approach, and a love for fieldwork. Ability to travel and work across districts in Goa.
