Job Title: Area Sales Manager – HORECA Location:Ahmedabad Department:Sales (Direct & Channel Sales) Reporting To:Head of Sales / DirectorJob Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientedArea Sales Manager (HORECA)to lead and grow our presence in theHotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA)segment. The role focuses exclusively on promoting and expanding ourGhee ,A2 Gir Cow Ghee , andMayonnaise made with Gheeproduct range in the Ahmedabad region.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strong sales plan to achieve targets in the HORECA channel. Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses. Identify, approach, and onboard new HORECA clients and distributors. Conduct regular field visits for product presentations, sampling, and menu placements. Negotiate pricing, finalize deals, and ensure order fulfilment. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends. Coordinate closely with marketing, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth operations. Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experienceinHORECA or Food Service Sales , preferably inFMCG, Dairy, or Food Ingredients . Proven record in handlingpremium food productsorGhee / Dairy-basedcategories. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Excellent network within the Gujarat (West & Central India) HORECA market. Willingness to travel extensively across the region.What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
