We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily business operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and multitasking skills, a process-oriented mindset, and a keen eye for operational efficiency. This role plays a vital part in maintaining structured workflows, supporting management decisions, and ensuring smooth execution of both internal and client-related activities.Key Responsibilities:-- Support the Operations Head in daily workflow, task tracking, and internal coordination.- Maintain and update operational reports, timesheets, and project documentation.- Coordinate communication between internal departments, vendors, and client-facing teams.- Assist in onboarding, compliance, and documentation of new employees.- Monitor employee schedules, attendance, and client deployment tracking.- Handle data entry, reporting, and management of operational dashboards.- Identify and resolve administrative or process-related bottlenecks proactively.- Support management in preparing weekly and monthly performance summaries.- Ensure operational compliance with company policies and client requirements.- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, automation, and team productivity.Qualifications & Skills:-- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.- 3–6 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support (preferably in IT or staffing industry).- Excellent communication and documentation skills.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and task management tools.- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.What We Offer:-- A collaborative and supportive work culture that values ownership and innovation.- Opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain deep operational experience.- Growth potential within a fast-scaling technology and staffing company.- A chance to directly impact business delivery and operational efficiency.
