Hi thereWe are looking for an Operations Assistant with 2 to 3 years of experience, who has experience in the Logistics Industry.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage shipping labelsacross multiple courier partner portals Ensure accuracy of shipment datasuch as consignee details, package weight, dimensions, and destination before label creation. Update internal shipment trackerswith label details, tracking IDs, and status updates. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teamsto ensure timely handover of shipments. Verify pickup schedulesand follow up with courier partners in case of delays or discrepancies. Maintain records of daily bookings and manifestsfor reporting and reconciliation. Identify and resolve booking errorsor duplicate label issues quickly. Assist the operations managerin daily dispatch planning and documentation.Required Skills and ToolsProficiency in: Courier portals: Office tools:Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory) Communication tools:Email, WhatsApp Web, Slack Document management:Google Drive / Dropbox Basic familiarity withCRM or order management tools (Like Zoho)is a plus.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant diploma in logistics, commerce, or operations. Experience:1–3 years in logistics operations, courier coordination, or shipping label generation. Language Proficiency:Excellent English (written and spoken); Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus. Technical:Strong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple online systems simultaneously.Key AttributesHigh attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and meet daily dispatch deadlines. Reliable, proactive, and organized in managing shipment flow.
