Job Title:Assistant Manager - Last MileLocation:Vashi, Navi Mumbai Department:Operations Experience Required:2–5 years Employment Type:Full-time Night Shift:10pm to 6amAbout the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedAssistant Last Mile Managerto support and execute last mile delivery operations in Mumbai. This role involves coordinating with delivery partners, tracking shipments in real-time, resolving exceptions, and ensuring seamlessB2C deliveries. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high service levels, optimizing delivery timelines, and supporting customer satisfaction through efficient last-mile execution.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily last mile dispatches with 3PL partners and internal fleet teams Monitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve delivery exceptions/escalations Support route planning and suggest improvements based on ground realities Ensure timely pickups and deliveries aligned with SLAs Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for smooth order handovers Maintain daily MIS and assist in preparing delivery performance dashboards Assist in field audits, hub visits, and vendor reviews when neededWho You Are: 2–5 years of experience in last mile logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL operations is preferred Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, route optimization tools, and Excel Strong communication skills and ability to manage on-ground teams and partners Problem-solver with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
