With clinics in multiple cities and rapid growth underway, we are looking for hands-on leaders who can manage ground-level operations with scale and precision.Role OverviewWe are looking for a self-driven and analytical Assistant Manager – Operations to join our Hyderabad team. This is an on-ground leadership role managing clinic performance, frontline staff, local marketing activations, and operational efficiency.We're especially interested in candidates with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), cloud kitchen, F&B, B2C operational experience or worked in similar roles, who are skilled in handling fast-paced environments and using data to drive decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Clinic Operations- Oversee day-to-day operations across Allo clinics in Hyderabad - Lead field staff and manage scheduling, training, and task execution - Ensure compliance with SOPs and service quality standardsClinic & Doctor Coordination- Build strong relationships with clinical staff and doctors - Address and resolve operational or service escalations - Maintain a consistent and high-quality patient experienceData-Driven Performance- Track and analyze KPIs (e.g. footfall, wait time, SLA, attendance) - Use Google Sheets/Excel to run reports and identify performance gaps - Present insights to central leadership with action plansMarketing & Brand Activation- Execute local marketing campaigns and in-clinic brand visibility - Work with the central team to roll out hyperlocal activations - Represent Allo at community events, partner locations, and activationsBusiness Expansion & Field Insights- Identify new clinic locations and partnership opportunities - Monitor market trends and competitor activity - Support pilot initiatives and new location launchesQualificationsMust-Haves:- 1–5 years in QSR, dark kitchens, cloud kitchens, F&B chains, or similar field-based B2C roles - Strong data and performance analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets) - Hands-on team and operations management experience - Based in Hyderabad with strong local knowledge - Own a 2-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)Bonus:- Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or startup ecosystems - Experience in launching or scaling new outlets/locationsWhat We Offer- Competitive compensation up to ₹8 LPA - Opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and innovation - High ownership, fast growth, and a mission that matters - Work with a young, driven team building India’s first sexual wellness brandIf you are interested, Please fill the below application formhttps://forms.gle/RN7ofAYrFEscGwT59
