Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our West Region operations with full P&L ownership and team-building responsibility. The West Head will drive business growth by acquiring, managing, and nurturing IFA partners while ensuring the performance and culture of the regional team aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. P&L Ownership: The candidate will have full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of their region, encompassing all revenue generation and cost control. This includes managing expenses related to salaries, office operations, administration, training, travel, and revenue realization.

2. Team Management :

- Hiring : He will be responsible for building his team from scratch which includes hiring through references and HR and ensure retention of quality team member

- Goal Setting : He will be responsible for setting targets, KRA and KPI for his team and metrics for monitoring

- Performance Monitoring : He will be responsible for tracking his teams target vs achievement on daily basis and guide the team to perform better and help in solving their performance

- Training and Upskilling : He will be responsible for training his team members on Product and sales technique

- Retention : He will be responsible for retention of his good performers and termination of bad performers

- Team Culture : He will be responsible to drive his team culture in alignment with the company culture

3. Sales Targets:

Individual Contribution Acquisition:

- He will be responsible for Acquisition of mid and large IFA partners as per the targets set - (Preferably CAT A & CAT B partners).

- He will get his existing partners and convert them to our platform.

- Leverage understanding of distribution dynamics to drive revenue.

- Coordinate with agency networks, real estate agents, or similar intermediaries if needed.

Manage and Deepen Existing Relationships:

- Farming of existing mid and large partners and bring in more business from the existing IFA

- After onboarding, nurture and activate the IFAs to ensure they start and continue transacting.

- Regularly follow up, resolve queries, and provide product or platform support.

- Focus on growing business volume and engagement from each IFA.

Zonal Targets:

- He will be responsible for his team targets in terms of AUM/IFA onboarding/activation as set by the Company
