Job Description Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the South & West regions. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to execute promotional campaigns effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors. Analyse sales data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting performance and recommendations. The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Head (South & West) should have: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry, preferably in Beverages. Strong understanding of sales and distribution channels in the South & West regions. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
