Techno Commercial Direct Sales Manager - Government

Years of experience: 6+ years

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore

1. Need to have a basic understanding of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions.

2. Bring new customers on board & maintain relationships with the existing client for more business. Sending an email with company product details

3. Understand customer requirements & bring business needs within the Government dept. knowing government tendering.

4. Co-ordinate with other Teams & management teams to deliver & meet customer expectations.

5. Act as a bridge for communication between the Tech Team & Management of the Government department

6. Coordinate with internal sales personnel for Appointment & maximize sales opportunity.

7. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.

8. Drive & manage sales & marketing campaigns with Inside team.

Qualifications and Experience:

- BE, B Tech, IT Bachelor's degree experience

- Minimum of 6 to 7 years of progressive experience in Government Sales roles.

- Proven experience in Government Sales roles along with Tendering, RFQ, and other Government policies.

- Strong Knowledge of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team management.
