About the Job:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Position Type: Full-Time, Media Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, & LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute creative and innovative campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and reach key performance indicators.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the use of social media within the company.
Visual Designing:
- Create visually compelling and on-brand graphics, images, and videos for use across social media channels, ensuring high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets for advertising campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent aesthetic and tone across all social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute partnership campaigns, including sponsored content, giveaways, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future Bachelor's / masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and visually appealing content.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with influencer marketing, including identifying influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines Competitive salary based on experience.
