Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and talented ECommerce Analyst to join our team and support our marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, writing blog content, optimizing our website for search engines, supporting the marketing team, and conducting market research to promote our brand & products. The role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Management:
● Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa etc.
● Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and accurate listings. Content Creation:
● Collaborate with the design team to create visual content that enhances visual appeal, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
● Create and curate engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
SEO Management:
● Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings.
● Monitor website traffic and make recommendations for content and structural improvements. Social Media Coordination:
● Assisting planning and executing social media strategies across various platforms.
● Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages.
Marketing Support:
● Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors and agencies as needed.
● Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Administrative Tasks:
● Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign tracking documents.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and other marketing materials as needed.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in blog writing and content development.
● Basic graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus).
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
