About the role

Your responsibilities

- Craft pioneering business strategies and models that drive efficiency and growth.
- Communicate the impact of your strategies to management, promoting comprehension and buy-in.
- Generate incisive monthly performance reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unearth and harness opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse trends and data meticulously, extracting insights that propel Reckitt forward.

- A substantial track record in a business analyst role within IT & D, showcasing your strategic influence.
- Demonstrated history of creating and implementing innovative business strategies.
- Exceptional analytical prowess and proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Superior communication talents that ensure messages are clear and influential.
- The agility to thrive in a dynamic environment while upholding Reckitt's values and compliance standards.
