About the Job: We are seeking a talented Associate Creative Director (Marketing) to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights. Job title: Associate Creative Director

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Position Type: Full-Time, On-site


Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and edits layouts for concepts; chooses and places all visual elements of the project, including typography, illustrations, and photographs necessary to produce the intended image.
  • Layouts should contribute visual ideas, enhance the attractiveness of the message, and help to clarify and accent its meaning to the viewer.
  • Visuals/content created needs to be approved, before making it live on the platforms.
  • Understands the creative process and follow jobs from conception to executions.
  • Helps develop content for a variety of print and digital projects, such as visual aids and websites.
  • Develop and execute high-quality copy that aligns with our brand voice and messaging across a range of marketing materials including email campaigns, website copy, social media posts, advertising copy, and other collateral.
  • Conduct research on target audiences to better understand their needs, wants, and pain points, and to craft a copy that speaks to them.
  • Needs to have an exceptional hold on content creation and story making.
  • Understands about the brand story, can create content by himself/herself.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, visual designing or content marketing, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates exceptional writing skills and creativity
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of copywriters.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing on social media, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in a variety of styles and formats
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit own work and the work of others
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketing managers, graphic designers. Experience leading a team of 4-5 employees.
