Job Description

The VP of Customer Success will oversee the end-to-end learning experience for all users. Your key responsibilities include defining customer learning journeys, overseeing curriculum development, and ensuring that all learning outcomes are met. You will manage a team that ensures both students and teachers are successful throughout the learning process.
