We are hiring Senior “ServiceNow” professionals at Infinite Computer Solutions.


· Experience on ServiceNow Architecture .

· Hands-on experience on ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integrations.

· Lead workshops to review and capture business requirements and convert them into technical requirements.

· Experience leading technical implementation efforts in similar scope and size;

· Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to develop the agreed solutions.

· Design new practices and patterns will be an added advantage.

· Finalise deployment architecture and solution design.

· Provide advice on alternative options, risks and the associated impact to the business and technical architecture.

· Strong understanding of both Functional and Technical knowledge of ServiceNow

· Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal.

· Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs is a must skill.

· Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, Script includes, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs.

· Working experience in Telecom domain.
