Regional Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Should have feet on street experience
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients.
- Generate & qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
- Present and promote the product to potential clients via phone, email and in person meetings.
Client Engagement:
- Schedule and conduct appointments to understand customer needs and present suitable products.
- Travel in the retail network to build relationships, demonstrate the client online platform and close sales.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries.
Sales Management:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's set by the management.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate SAS contracts with clients.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge to answer questions and provide product recommendations.
CRM and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Leadership and Development:
- Lead coach and mentor a team of sales representatives within the region to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement individual development plans for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and motivation team environment that encourages innovation and results.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensure cost effective operations and maximize return on investment.
- Monitor expenses and implement measures to optimize and improve profitability.
