ADKAR, Prosci)People & Talent* • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback forums to build change readiness.Risk Management* • Identify potential risks to change adoption and develop mitigation plans. • Monitor stakeholder sentiment and escalate issues that may impede delivery success.Governance* • Speak up and proactively flag gaps and deviations to the key principles, Change Delivery Standards and Change Delivery Model as a Product Delivery Organization, and steer execution of improvement plans to address them.
