Primary Responsibilities:

  • - Optimising route of RSP to ensure regular SUBD visits
  • - SUBD classification based on value sales and weight the frequency of visits
  • - Identifying and finalizing the prospects for RSP, SUBD
  • - Ensuring backup creation for the existing SS
  • - SDE needs to have a funnel of backup Salesman/Distributor created which needs to be refreshed on a periodical basis.
  • - Tracking absenteeism and keeping a close watch on the man-days to ensure consistency in productivity
  • - To check and monitor the RSP's as per the infrastructure budgets
  • - Responsible to keep the FF attrition in check
  • - SS infrastructure review
  • - SS delivery performance review
  • - SS app usage review
  • - Reduction of time to settle manual & damage claims of SS
