Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Sales Executive
with at least
3 years of proven experience in the uPVC Profile industry
. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market in Anantapur and surrounding regions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell uPVC profiles and related products in the Anantapur region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, contractors, builders, architects, and dealers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer training.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any customer concerns.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, technical) for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of uPVC profiles or building materials.
- Strong product knowledge of uPVC profiles, windows & doors systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good network and market knowledge in Anantapur and nearby areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Telugu and English; Hindi is a plus.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with leading uPVC profile brands.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Anantapur.
