Job Title: Marketing Executive / Outreach Executive– Education Sector

Location: Anantapur, Kadapa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote educational courses in assigned & neighbouring districts through field marketing.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, workshops, seminars
  • Develop and maintain relationships with principals, faculty, and education influencers.
  • Achieve monthly lead and admission targets.
  • Distribute marketing materials (pamphlets, brochures, banners) in relevant locations.
  • Use digital channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, local groups) to promote offerings locally.
  • Report daily activity, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the management.
  • Support tele calling, admissions, and counselling teams as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or any discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • 1–4 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or education promotions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Telugu and English.
  • Knowledge of local geography and colleges, University's is a must.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
