Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Andhra Pradesh. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue in the wireless irrigation solutions market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and targets.

  • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Mobitech's wireless irrigation solutions and technologies.

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wireless or irrigation industry.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Sales Leadership: Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving sales targets.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with wireless irrigation solutions and technologies.
