Job Title: Horticulture Manger & Garden Supervisor. Department : Garden Job description This is an excellent opportunity for Horticulture Manager, someone looking to contribute to a major horticultural initiative. Your expertise in plant biology, soil science, pest management, and landscape design will be crucial in creating and maintaining a vibrant and sustainable green environment. Education Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience as a Horticulture Executive/Manager. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and build positive working relationships. - Proven experience in horticulture or a similar role in hospitals, schools, hotels, etc. - Strong knowledge of plant biology, soil science, and integrated pest management. Roles & Responsibilities - Manage and planning planting schedules and environments to ensure optimal growth and health of plants and seasonal requirements. Supervise the horticulture and gardening activities of the designated staff. - Regularly inspect plants for pests and diseases. Develop and implement integrated pest control strategies. - Develop and maintain efficient irrigation and watering systems. Monitor water usage to ensure effective conservation and plant health.
