Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our team at Worli, Mumbai. The primary focus of this role is to engage with student leads, provide guidance on our courses, and drive enrollments while ensuring a seamless experience for prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Management:

  • Proactively reach out to student leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Engage and nurture leads, understanding their educational needs and career goals.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Student Guidance:

  • Recommend suitable courses to potential students based on their requirements.
  • Address queries related to course content, schedules, and certifications professionally.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets set by the management.
  • Identify innovative strategies to increase enrollments and conversion rates.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to leverage ongoing promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding process for students.

Reporting:

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead status, enrollment figures, and sales performance.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relations (experience in education or training sectors is preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
