Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an Assistant Professor - Aviation Management at IAER. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, and developing course materials. The role also includes evaluating student performance, participating in faculty meetings, participating in study tours , attending faculty development program and contributing to curriculum development. Additionally, the Assistant Professor will engage in professional development opportunities and contribute to the academic community.

  • Expertise in Aviation and related subjects
  • Expertise in Inflight activities
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Effective teaching and mentoring abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in curriculum development and academic administration
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students
  • Master degree in Aviation Management or a related field preferred
  • Previous teaching experience is a plus
