National Warehousing Manager

The National Warehousing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the warehousing operations across our network of warehouses throughout India.

Key responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the warehousing function to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer requirements.
  • Monthly monitoring and reporting of warehousing costs in line with budget. Driving cost reduction initiatives while improving customer SLA.
  • CFA operations KPI and performance Monitoring. Conducting Monthly operational Reviews and review of depot score cards with all Divisions.
  • Resolve problems concerning execution at warehouses ; RCA and CAPA of operational issues to improve and strengthen warehouse process operations.
  • Implementation of lean warehousing and operations, Daily management, 5S etc. to meet and exceed global standard.
  • Audit Compliance as per Marico Policies – Inventory, Quality Audits, Social, EHS & Internal
  • Design and Implement capability building plan for members (internal/external) involved in warehousing operation.
  • Preparing & Publishing of MIS reports as required by Management.
  • Identify automation/Digital opportunities to reduce dependency on manual processes/ operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in logistics and warehousing , operations & MBA from premium school with engineering background.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems. (WMS)
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements and regulations related to warehousing and logistics in India.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.

Downwards: warehousing executive
