National Head Construction

Our client is one of the world's largest Industrial and Warehousing developer and operator with a presence across India.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and insight to the construction management team.
- Share technical expertise and innovative trends in the construction industry.
- Ensure continuous improvement of business processes by incorporating industry best practices for operational control, reporting procedures, and people systems.
- Mentor and develop leaders to support the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Deliver construction projects within the required parameters of budget, time, and quality.
Reporting to: Chief Development Officer
Team: All site (Pan India) construction management teams and Head office construction management team.
Must Requirements:
- 25+ years of work experience.
- Industrial and Warehousing sector experience is a Must.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferably before 1998-00).
- Experience in managing multiple projects of massive scale.
- Leadership experience.
- Postgraduate degree or NICMAR qualification is a plus.
