Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive business growth and forge corporate partnerships in alignment with our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet our goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and engage with corporate clients, develop B2B sales strategies, and generate leads through research and networking.
  • Corporate Tie-Ups: Establish and maintain partnerships, negotiate agreements, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze trends, competition, and opportunities to recommend growth strategies to senior management.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong client and partner relationships, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales, market performance, and partnership outcomes, using insights to refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, including government tender management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
