The Role We’re looking for an Account Executive who thrives in the 0→1 journey . You’ll be the engine behind our growth — owning the full cycle from outreach to closing and beyond. This is not a cushy corporate role; it’s a startup hustle . You’ll: Prospect, run outreach campaigns, and follow up with leads. Jump on demo calls, showcase Minko.ai, and close deals. Build and manage long-term client relationships. Work directly with the founder to shape our sales playbook. Adapt quickly, work with constraints, and push through walls. Who You Are A hustler who’s hungry to build something big from the ground up. Experienced in B2B SaaS or data tools , ideally selling to US clients. Comfortable with outbound — cold outreach, demos, and closing. A natural communicator who can build trust fast. Resilient, resourceful, and excited to join an early-stage rocketship. You understand the tradeoff of joining a very small team : high risk, high return. You want the challenge of building from zero, not the comfort of joining late.
