Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting and will play a key role in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the finance department in maintaining records and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable & Receivable : Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payment of bills and collection of outstanding dues. General Ledger Management : Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Bank Reconciliation : Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor discrepancies in accounts. Tax Compliance : Assist in preparing and filing taxes, including GST and TDS returns. Financial Reporting : Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Budgeting & Forecasting : Support the budgeting process and monitor actual expenses against the budget. Audit Preparation : Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports. Vendor and Client Coordination : Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding payments, billing, and other financial matters. Expense Management : Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they align with the budget. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting (M.Com/CA Inter is a plus). 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Skills: Problem-solving ability and analytical mindset. Experience in managing financial transactions and preparing reports. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information. Working Conditions: Office-based. Full-time position with standard working hours. May require occasional overtime based on business needs.
