We are seeking a skilled and results-driven UX Designer with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our product team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms, leveraging research-driven insights and best-in-class design principles. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated individual to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities : - Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and propose actionable solutions.- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups in alignment with business goals and technical requirements.- Maintain strict adherence to design system protocols, accessibility standards (such as WCAG), and responsive design best practices.- Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.- Document key artifacts including design specifications, interaction guidelines, personas, and journey maps.- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.- Present design concepts and usability findings to internal teams and executive leadership as needed.Required Qualifications : - 3 to 4 years of experience in digital UX design (web and mobile), demonstrated through a strong professional portfolio.- Proven expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.- Deep understanding of usability, information architecture, and accessibility standards.- Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Bachelors/Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional Qualifications : - Experience in planning and conducting advanced user research, workshops, or data-driven projects.- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), analytics, or UX measurement tools.- Prior involvement in enterprise-level, complex, or regulated domains.- Experience in healthcare technology products or health-related digital interfaces is strongly preferred.- Understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, and user-centered design for medical or patient-facing platforms.Offered Benefits : - Highly collaborative and professional work environment.- Opportunities for ongoing learning, growth, and leadership development.- Direct impact on customer and patient digital experiences within a progressive organization.
