Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven UX Designer with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our product team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms, leveraging research-driven insights and best-in-class design principles. Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital UX design (web and mobile), demonstrated through a strong professional portfolio.
  • Proven expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of usability, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and conducting advanced user research, workshops, or data-driven projects.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), analytics, or UX measurement tools.
  • Prior involvement in enterprise-level, complex, or regulated domains.
  • Experience in healthcare technology products or health-related digital interfaces is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, and user-centered design for medical or patient-facing platforms.
