About the Role :We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 12 years of experience to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging, intuitive, and functional user experiences.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.- Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines across all platforms.- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.- Apply a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge design and development, ensuring the feasibility of proposed designs.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).- 12 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand front-end implementation and collaborate effectively with developers.- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.- Good understanding of HTML/CSS basics (a plus, not mandatory).- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is mandatory.Nice to Have : - Knowledge of motion design/animations.- Experience with design systems and component libraries.- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams (ref:hirist.tech)
