Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Figma Developer to join our design team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about user interface design and eager to build their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain high-fidelity UI/UX designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ensure design consistency, visual appeal, and alignment with brand guidelines across all projects.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance user experience.
  • Maintain a component library and design system within Figma for cross-team use.
  • Conduct basic usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Figma and its features (style & variables, grids & guides, auto-layout, components, variants, interactive prototyping, exporting).
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles, creative layout design, color theory, typography, and responsive design.
  • Ability to convert ideas and concepts into visually appealing design layouts.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.

Additional (Preferred) Skills:

  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Canva.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development to ensure design feasibility.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and design best practices.
