We are seeking a skilled and results-driven UX Designer with - years of professional experience to join our product team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms, leveraging research-driven insights and best-in-class design principles. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated individual to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and propose actionable solutions. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups in alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Maintain strict adherence to design system protocols, accessibility standards (such as WCAG), and responsive design best practices. Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Document key artifacts including design specifications, interaction guidelines, personas, and journey maps. Analyze market trends, competitor products, and user feedback to drive iterative improvements. Present design concepts and usability findings to internal teams and executive leadership as needed. Required Qualifications: - years of experience in digital UX design (web and mobile), demonstrated through a strong professional portfolio. Proven expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.). Deep understanding of usability, information architecture, and accessibility standards. Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Good-to-Have Qualifications: Experience in planning and conducting advanced user research, workshops, or data-driven projects. Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), analytics, or UX measurement tools. Prior involvement in enterprise-level, complex, or regulated domains. Experience in healthcare technology products or health-related digital interfaces is strongly preferred. Understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, and user-centered design for medical or patient-facing platforms.
